The Addams Family is an original musical comedy that embraces the wackiness in every family! Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family—a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before—keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents. What could go wrong?

Enrollment Guidelines:

  • Grade Levels Participating: 6th - 8th

  • Performers can miss a maximum of 3 rehearsals.

  • All tech rehearsals and performances are mandatory.

  • All rehearsals will take place in-person at the Price Dance Room.

  • All performances will take place in the Price Gym.

Additional Information:

  • The registration fee helps cover the cost that Price HSC pays to Starting Arts to provide this program. In previous years, a grant helped cover these costs, but that funding is no longer available. We’re grateful for your support in keeping this opportunity available to our students. The fee is less than $15 per rehearsal, or approximately $30 per week, for a high-quality performing arts experience right here on our campus.

  • If you need a partial or full scholarship to help cover the registration fee, please reach out to the Principal or email theater@pricehsc.com. Limited scholarships are available thanks to generous donations from last year’s theater families. We would love to partner with local businesses who would like to sponsor our program to help us provide additional scholarships.

  • The Price Home and School Club will be providing/coordinating the following additional services this year:

    • Cast T-shirts, featuring the logo on the front and the cast list on the back. This will be provided to ALL students in the program.

    • Professional Videography of each cast. The HSC has a professional videographer familiar with Starting Arts that we worked with last year. We plan to work with them again to get a video of at least one performance of each cast so that families can enjoy the live show without worrying about trying to record it as well.

    • We will have star grams and concessions available for purchase during performance nights.

  • A suggested donation per student will be requested by the Price Home & School Club to help cover the costs of the above listed items, plus any additional tasks and services not listed. Any donation amount will help, no matter how small.
