Band 3 Christmas in the Park Performance

Band 3 students will be performing on the main stage downtown at San Jose’s Christmas in the Park. Come hear there performance!

While you’re there, visit the Cambrian Educational Foundation’s tree in the Enchanted forest that is designed by Price art students and decorated by Cambrian Kindergarteners.

Campus Beautification and Cleanup with Beautiful Day

Big changes are blooming at Price!

New benches, flowers, and more are on the way. Come out on October 11th or 12th and be part of the team making our campus even more beautiful!

Thank you to Beautiful Day for selecting Ida Price’s 8th Grade Quad area for a beautification workday project.

Volunteers will refresh landscaping, update the student quad with new seating, repair a wooden planter box, and plant bulbs and flowers around the school. This project is a chance to serve those who are investing in the next generation and an opportunity to encourage and serve with the school administration.

International Walk and Roll to School Day

Help us celebrate International Walk and Roll to School Day! All students who walk or roll to school will receive a prize. Students with a longer commute are encouraged to get dropped off or park out in the neighborhood rather than using the parking lot drive through drop off.

We invite you to join us for an important and informative NAMI Parent Night focused on youth mental health. This event is a valuable opportunity to better understand the challenges young people face today and to learn about the resources available to support them. 

Event Details:

  • What: NAMI Parent Night on Youth Mental Health

  • When: Thursday, September 25th | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

  • Where: Price Library

  • What to Expect:

    • Learn to recognize the signs of mental health challenges in youth

    • Explore supportive resources offered by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

    • Connect in a safe, welcoming space designed to support families 

We encourage all parents and guardians to attend as we work together to support the well-being of our students.

The BBQ Pit: Restaurant Fundraiser

15% of sales will be donated to our organization through any of the following methods:

  • Guests showing the flyer on their phone or as a printout

  • Online orders placed on our website for in-store pickup, delivery, or curbside pickup using your selected promo code

First Day of School 2025

First Day of School 2025

Please see the Price Back To School page for any updates or changes.

Mark your calendars! The first day of school is Thursday, August 14, 2025.  

No need to buy any specific supplies. Teachers will let your student know what they need. 

Students will be provided a Chromebook and charger. Students are responsible for any lost or damaged Chromebook and/or charger.

It is suggested that students have a backpack and a water bottle for the school year.

*Please note students do not need to bring their backpacks the first day of school. A cinch bag, small purse, or a cross bag can be brought if needed. Backpacks are optional if you need them to hold your waterbottle and lunch.

Student Registration

Please see the Price Back To School page for any updates or changes.

Registration Day is on August 7th, 2025 and is for all Price students. On this day your student will be able to pickup their schedule, purchase PE clothes, take their school pictures, and receive their ID card.  

8th Grade - 8:30 - 9:30AM

7th Grade - 9:45 - 10:45AM

6th Grade - 11:00AM - 12:00PM

PE Clothes Pricing Here: You may print and fill this out to bring to registration day, or we will have some available at time of purchase.  

*If your student can't make it on registration day, that is okay. Your student can pickup their schedule and the student handbook on the first day of school. They can purchase PE clothes during their PE class, PE clothes will not be needed the first 2 weeks of school.
